KanWe releases short film for “Runaway”

We say short film because this is no longer in the category of “Music Video”. As per Lady Gaga, Kanye West has decided to release a feature film to accompany his first single off the forthcoming album, My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy. The song is Runaway, which is perhaps in part dedicated to Ms. Taylor Swift. The lyrics go something like, “Let’s have a toast for the douchebags”.

Pure class. However, I do love me some Kanye. 808s and Heartbreaks was an amazing album, so I may be willing to make the big purchase when MBDTF is released on November 22. If you can’t wait that long, buy the first released tune, Monster, which features Jay-Z, Nikki Minaj, Rick Ross, and Bon Iver. Have a listen below.

Beware, there’s a lot of terrible language. Will Nikki Minaj ruin the entire tune? Only listening to it will tell! How much you want to bet that Kanye wanted Beyonce but she thought it would be a bit awkward to collaborate after the MTV VMA incident of ’09?

Shoutout to CT for sending us this video!
